TORTELLINI CAPRESE PASTA SALAD

If you want a fresh, delicious salad that is super filling, you need to make this Tortellini Caprese Pasta Salad!

  • 12 ounces Tortellini pasta, cooked al dente

  • Grape Tomatoes, sliced in half

  • Mozzarella Balls

  • Baby Leaf Spinach

  • Dressing - Combine 2 cups of your favorite Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing (my favorite is Kenโ€™s Steakhouse brand) and 1 package Italian Seasoning Mix. Whisk till combined.

Cook the Tortellini Pasta till al dente, pour into a colander and rinse with cold water till the pasta is cooled.

Combine pasta, tomatoes, spinach and mozzarella into a large bowl. Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine. Refrigerate till ready to serve.

Optional: Top with a Balsamic Reduction Glaze drizzle. It adds the perfect amount of sweetness to balance the acidity of the vinaigrette.
