SWEET SUMMERTIME FRUIT SALAD

When I say that ANYONE can make this fruit salad, I literally mean ANYONE. Even if the kitchen is your struggle bus, you can be successful with this delicious fruit salad!

  • 1 small box of vanilla pudding mix (you can also use banana cream)

  • 1 can pineapple chunks

  • 1 container strawberries, quartered

  • 1 container grapes

  • 1 container blueberries

  • 3-4 bananas

The thing about this salad is it is SUPER versatile. Don’t like blueberries? Leave them out. Want to add raspberries? Add them!

In a large mixing bowl, combine canned pineapple WITH juice, strawberries, grapes, and blueberries. Sprinkle the vanilla pudding mix in and mix until well combined and the pudding mix has completely dissolved into the pineapple juice and natural juices of the fruit.

Chill until ready to serve. Top with bananas and mix in right before serving. I’ve found that if you add the bananas in before chilling, they brown and become mushy in the refrigerator.

Disclaimer: I am not a professionally trained chef.
I’m a mama with a busy schedule, who loves cooking shows and has two very, VERY active boys! I enjoy making food that is quick, simple and easy to clean up.

I do not love extremely long recipe posts that share my every thought as I created the dish or that repeat the same thing over and over 🤣.
I’ll leave that to the professionals 😜.
Any recipe I share has been tested by my own family and officially approved with two thumbs up 👍👍!
